Telrex, developer of call recording and monitoring software for SMBs using IP-PBXs or hosted PBX services, has announced CallRex Hosted, a hosted VoIP call recording platform for service providers. It is also ideal for hosted call center applications as customers can now easily record calls made by their agents regardless of their location, including home-based.

Installed in the hosted provider's operations center, it is scalable and supports multiple tenants in a single system. It has a web-based interface with the ability to provision licenses and configure and administer settings.
