Broadcore today announced a partnership with specialist IVR and speech recognition service provider Inference Solutions. This partnership will enable all of Broadcore’s clients to gain access to advanced IVR and speech recognition applications as part of the Broadcore cloud communications offering. Inference Solutions provides the ability to rapidly deploy these applications using the ‘no code’ service creation environment Inference Studio 2.0.

Studio 2.0 will be launched as part of BroadSoft Connections 2012 this week in Scottsdale, Arizona. At Connections, Inference will demonstrate how IVR applications can be created and deployed rapidly without the need for skilled programmers trained in Call Control XML (CCXML) or Voice XML (VXML).
