Jesus, based on what was Sonetel selected as a winner? Sonetel is a TOTALLY unreliable service that can be automatically disconnected at any time by Sonetel system for multitude of reasons arbitrary chosen by Sonetel. In my case, I’ve purchased from Sonetel two phone numbers that I gave to my customers to reach me, and a week later, after Sonetel accepted 3 credit card payments from me, I got an email from them that those phone numbers were disconnected and if I want them reconnected I need to send a copy of my credit card to their service center in India. Sonetel has absolutely no understanding that when they accept payment for service, they have also legal obligation to deliver that service. Basically, they’ve programmed breaking their contractual obligation into their system a are definitely NOT a telephony service for BUSINESS.
Furthermore, Sonetel is just a reseller for the real provider of the service, a company called Voxbone, and there are several other Voxbone service resellers that provide the same service more reliably.
