Biff Hodges of Computer 2000 who was a good friend of the AscdiNatd, a longtime mainstay in our industry and a friend of mine passed away this weekend at the age of 64.  Biff was a good man and a man of his word.  He was primarily a “trader” doing a lot of wholesale deals daily.  He was “a guy you could trust.”

There will be a celebration of Biff’s life sometime this October, probably near Laguna Nigel where his office was.  We will let you know the details as soon as we know.

Biff will be missed.  May he rest in peace.

I was at Computer Marketplace way back when he started in the mid-80′s. Biff was a fun guy, very honorable in his business dealings and he will be missed by all who knew him.

Words will never express how wonderful of a man you are. You will be missed but will live on in our hearts…. I would not be the person I am today if it wasn’t for our friendship. Rest in Peace

Some of the first deals I did back in the mid 80′s were with Biff.
Honest, truthful, and will never let you down are just a couple of the thoughts that come to mind when one thinks of him.
I agree with Greg, I too would not be the person I am today if it wasn’t for our friendship.
It saddens me greatly to know I can no longer just pick up the phone, and give him a call.
We have lost a good man. Rest in peace my friend.

Biff was one of the top one half of one percent of those I have ever met.
He was honest, ethical, caring, a wonderful father and husband and one of my dearest friends.
As I sit here with tears streaming down my face, I remember all of the day-to-day calls and his wonderful way.

Biff was the consumate broker, and just as good a friend. Biff was the last person I ever thought would leave us. I knew him for about 28 years.

Biff went back to the CDLA days as well.
