The solution integrates with a variety of other platforms, including contact center software without time-consuming downloads. The portal can be “white labeled” for consistent customer branding with virtually unlimited video ports and log-in while supporting the “Virtual Receptionist” solution.
Leveraging FaceMe, this application combines projection, touch and display, and video collaboration technology to create an inviting experience for office visitors. A list of employees can be accessed through a touch screen interface so customers can notify their arrival by voice or video for an onsite appointment, among other features.
