Avaya announced Avaya Communications Outsource Service (COS) in late February (see press release at http://www.telecomreseller.com/?p=21657).  Recently they’ve announced a major contract win with Bharti Airtel, Ltd. who has operations in 20 countries across Asia and Africa.
