Tests were completed at SIPfish Labs, part of a certification program aimed at providing a comprehensive telephony solution that includes robust call recording. This certification process has been documented in a scripted test plan detailing all possible calling scenarios. It enables both parties to provide a unified platform to enterprises at a time where detailed call recording is a trend in today’s business telephony environment.
