Zeacom is a New Zealand-based company that enjoys an installed base of approximately 3,000 systems in call/contact centers in 28 countries. The initial product, an Automatic Cal Distributor (ACD) designed specifically for NEC systems, has evolved in an impressive suite of systems and services supporting Unified Communications (UC) and Business Process Applications (BPA).
