Calabrio is among a growing number of companies that believes information can be delivered in real time and in a manner that is very easy to use, and a pleasure to consume. Theisen also discusses Calbrio’s entrance into the Avaya community, making the company’s offerings available to an even larger number of users. The company is in the process of launching a user’s group, a step to build another way to build customer involvement in product development and refinement.
