Epygi Technologies designs, manufactures and globally distributes feature-rich IP PBXs, voice over IP gateways and cost-saving conference servers.

At ITEXPO East 2011, Epygi introduced the Epygi QX1000 supporting up to 1,000 IP extensions and presenting video conferencing as the latest software enhancement for all the enterprise-level products. The QX1000 provides enterprise users with all the advanced telephony features already found on the QuadroM product line. Some of the features include call recording, auto attendant, automatic call distribution, audio and video conferencing and the barge-in feature pack. Video conferencing will be added to the QuadroM products and the QX1000. Currently the supported video endpoint includes Polycom, and Epygi is in the process of approving other video desktop devices. Also on display at the show were the QuadroM8L and QuadroM26x, which are the latest additions to Epygi’s line of award-winning small enterprise IP PBXs. The QuadroM8L for the global small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) is intended to cover an office from 32 to 98 users and support eight FXO trunk line ports or an ITSP. In addition, the QuadroM26x supports 32 to 106 users and have 26 FXS ports for more analog phones or device support. These two solutions also support all the enterprise-level features on Epygi IP PBX products.

In this podcast Warren Sonnen, Director of Product Management for Epygi discusses these and other developments as well as Epygi’s vital roll in the UC market. We learn about Epygi’s products and Epygi’s close work with technology partners to deliver very effective solutions.
