snom, developer and manufacturer of VoIP phones for enterprise and residential markets, announced integration of its SIP-based phone portfolio with IP-PBX and gateway manufacturer Epygi Technologies. After testing and evaluation, snom’s 3xx series VoIP and m3 IP DECT mobile phones received full certification as interoperable and deployable with the Quadro 6L IP Key System.

“Quadro 6L has generated momentum in the marketplace as SMBs recognize the advantages of its VoIP and traditional Key System features,” said Michael Knieling, executive vice president of marketing and sales for snom. “Achieving certification and integration highlights the advantages of our VoIP handsets, programmable features, interoperability and reliability.”

Quadro is an appliance for SMBs transitioning to IP telephony who require both IP-PBX and Key System features. It is designed for environments that require multiple ringing phones and shared trunk appearance visibility.

snom’s 3xx series are business-class SIP VoIP phones and feature a large high-resolution display screen, programmable function keys and calling features. The m3 is the company’s first cordless offering and provides VoIP communications for the home office, SMB or enterprise. The telephones can support several audio devices simultaneously such as a handset, headset and POE.
